Children can be at risk of online abuse from people they know or from strangers.  It might be part of other abuse which is taking place offline, like bullying or grooming.  Or the abuse might only happen online.

Keeping children safe online is an important part of safeguarding at Guildford Grove Primary School and Nursery, children are taught how to use the internet safely and responsibly, stay safe when gaming or using social media, recognise unsafe or inappropriate content, protect personal information and report worries or concerns online.

We work closely with parents and carers to promote safe online habits both in school and at home.
